Changes in library services from 10 November
Library services will change from 10 November in the following ways.
The Reading Halls will be closed.
Online sources: Our sources - databases, e-books, e-journals and documents in the repository - are available through VPN to Corvinus students and faculty members.
Online trainings and consultations: They continue on Microsoft Teams.
Borrowing books: Borrowing is available to registered readers.
Borrowing can be requested by filling in the webform.
The librarians are doing their best to respond to every request, and they inform the readers whether the requested book can be borrowed, and when it can be picked up. Picking up books is possible on weekdays, 10:00-18:00.
Renewal: We have increased the number of possible renewals to five. Please, bear your deadlines in mind, renewal is not automatic.
Returning books: Borrowed books can be placed inside the book return box in front of the library entrance Monday-Friday, 8:00-18:00. Books taken in from the book return box will be in quarantine for 72 hours after their reception. Books can be sent back as a postal package as well.
Registration: The Library is temporarily not accepting the registration of external readers, memberships expiring before 1 March, 2020.
On request, the Library will renew memberships expiring after 1 March, 2020 to 31 December, 2020, or by adding the period lost due to coronavirus (105 days) if preferred.
